What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki SR72B-12 is a 72-inch, three-section refrigerated sandwich prep table from the Steelheart Series. It pairs 18 cubic feet of net refrigerated storage below with a 12-pan chilled rail above, so a sandwich or salad station can hold a full mise en place at the top and a day's backup product underneath without a second trip to the walk-in.

Front-Breathing Airflow Lets It Sit Anywhere

The refrigeration system draws and discharges air at the front of the cabinet rather than out the sides or back. That is the single most useful thing about this cabinet in a real kitchen: it can be pushed flush to a wall or boxed in between a fryer battery and a wall shelf without recirculating its own warm discharge air. A side- or rear-breathing prep table dropped into the same alcove will slowly lose hold temperature as the room heats through service.

Rail Configuration and Section Layout

The -12 is the shallowest rail in the SR72B sandwich-top family, shipping with twelve 1/6-size polycarbonate pans at 4 inches deep. Its siblings, the SR72B-16 and SR72B-18, use the same 72 x 30 inch footprint and the same cabinet but carry 16 and 18 pans respectively, so the choice comes down to how many components a station runs rather than how much cold storage is needed. Below the rail are three sections behind three stainless doors, each with an epoxy-coated adjustable shelf.

Natural Refrigerant and Energy Draw

Cooling is by R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with very low global warming potential and no phase-down schedule hanging over it. Rated draw is 4 amps on a standard 115V circuit and 5.05 kWh per day, low enough that the unit plugs into an ordinary 5-15R receptacle rather than requiring a dedicated high-amperage run.

Hoshizaki covers the SR72B-12 under its 7-7-7 program: seven years labor, seven years parts, and seven years on the compressor.
