Product Description

The Hoshizaki SR60B-16 is a 60-inch, two-section sandwich prep table from the Steelheart Series carrying the widest rail in the 60-inch sandwich-top family: sixteen 1/6-size pans over 14.8 cubic feet of refrigerated cabinet. It suits a build station with a long ingredient list — a deli, a salad bar back-of-house, or a sandwich line running multiple menus off one table.

Sixteen Pans Without Extra Footprint

The SR60B-16 fits sixteen pans into the same 60" x 30" footprint as the eight- and twelve-pan models in the range. Cabinet capacity, electrical draw and crate size are unchanged; only the rail differs. If a station has outgrown a twelve-pan rail but the floor plan cannot give up another inch, this is the direct swap.

Holds Temperature on a Hot Line

Hoshizaki engineers this cabinet to maintain food-safe product temperatures at ambient conditions up to 100°F. Front-breathing airflow lets the unit sit flush between neighbouring equipment without side or rear clearance, which is usually the constraint that decides whether a prep table fits a planned run at all.

R290 and Daily Running Cost

Cooling is by R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant — very low global warming potential, and clear of the HFC phase-down timetable. Energy consumption is listed at 4.05 kWh per day and the unit pulls 4 amps from a standard 115V circuit on a NEMA 5-15P plug.
