What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

The Hoshizaki SR60B-12 is a 60-inch, two-section sandwich prep table from the Steelheart Series. It carries twelve 1/6-size pans across the rail and holds 14.8 cubic feet of refrigerated storage in the cabinet below, so a sandwich or salad station can run a full service without a trip to the walk-in. Hoshizaki rates the cabinet to hold food-safe temperatures in ambient conditions up to 100°F, which is the condition that separates a prep table that keeps up from one that drifts warm by mid-shift.

Rated for a Hot Line, Not a Test Lab

Prep tables sit in the hottest part of the kitchen — against the cook line, under hood spill, with the door opening every ninety seconds. The SR60B-12 is engineered to maintain food-safe product temperatures at 100°F ambient rather than at a mild showroom rating, and the front-breathing airflow design means it does not need side or rear clearance to pull air. That matters when the unit is dropped into a run of equipment with no gap on either side.

R290 Refrigerant and Running Cost

This model runs on R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with very low global warming potential, which puts it ahead of the HFC phase-down schedules rather than behind them. The practical payoff is efficiency: Hoshizaki lists energy consumption at 4.05 kWh per day, and the unit draws only 4 amps on a standard 115V circuit with a 5-15P plug, so it does not require a dedicated high-amperage drop.

Sandwich Top Versus Mega Top

The SR60B-12 is the sandwich-top configuration, meaning the pan rail sits within a 30-inch-deep cabinet. If a wider rail with more pan positions is needed, the mega-top SR60B models step out to 34 inches deep to carry more pans. Choose the sandwich top when counter depth is constrained or when twelve pans covers the build list.
