What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki SR48B-12D4 is the all-drawer configuration of the 48-inch Steelheart sandwich prep table: four stainless steel drawers across two sections, under a twelve-pan top rail. No doors at all, which is the right answer for a station where everything stored is portioned into pans and nothing needs shelf height.

Four Drawers, Two Depths

The drawers are not uniform. The two top drawers each take a half-size and a third-size pan at 4 inches deep; the two bottom drawers take the same pan sizes at 6 inches deep. That split is deliberate — shallow drawers at working height for the items a cook reaches for constantly, deeper drawers below for bulk backup. Twelve sixth-size polycarbonate pans are included for the top rail.

All Drawers, No Door Swing

Removing doors entirely eliminates swing clearance from the aisle, which matters on a 48-inch unit installed in a working line rather than against a wall. The trade is that nothing tall or boxed can be stored — every item has to fit a drawer pan. Kitchens that batch-portion proteins and mise en place ahead of service generally find this the faster layout; kitchens that store case goods under the counter should look at the door or combo versions instead.

Efficiency and Coverage

The R290 natural-refrigerant system meters 2.83 kWh per day at 3 amps on a standard 115V circuit. The unit is ETL Safety Listed for the US and Canada, ETL Sanitation listed, and Georgia Made Certified. As the current B-generation model it carries the 7-7-7 warranty that replaced the shorter coverage on the discontinued SR48A-12D4.
