What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki KMH-2100SWJ3 is a 36-inch water-cooled, three-phase crescent cuber producing up to 2,000 pounds of ice per 24 hours. It stacks — two heads on a single bin bring the pairing to roughly 4,000 pounds a day — and it is a modular unit, so storage is chosen and purchased separately.

The Most Efficient Head in the Family

At 2.92 kWh per 100 pounds of ice at 90°F/70°F, this is by a clear margin the lowest-energy machine in the KMH-2100 line; the remote-cooled versions sit near 3.7 kWh. Combined with three-phase power it draws only 10 amps on a 20-amp maximum fuse, which is a remarkably light electrical load for a machine making a ton of ice a day. For a facility running the machine continuously, the difference in kWh per pound compounds quickly.

Water Cooling at Scale

A condenser water loop carries all of the rejected heat out of the building — no heat into the kitchen, no condenser fan noise, and no outdoor condensing unit or refrigeration line set to install. Potable water use for ice production is 15 gallons per 100 pounds; condenser water is additional and needs its own supply and drain. Because many jurisdictions restrict single-pass condenser water, confirm local code or plan for a cooling tower or closed loop before specifying.

Ice, Stacking and Storage

Double-sided KM Edge stainless steel evaporators produce Hoshizaki's crescent cube — hard, dense, slow-melting, and easy to scoop without bridging. Stacking gives large operations both capacity and redundancy: if one head is down for service, the other keeps the bin filled. No storage is included, so bin capacity can be matched to your peak service window rather than your daily total.
