What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki KMH-2100SRJZ is a 36-inch remote-cooled crescent cuber producing up to 2,034 pounds of ice per 24 hours, and it stacks — two units on a single bin roughly double that output without widening the footprint. This is a head unit; storage is purchased separately.

Stacking and Capacity Planning

At two tons of ice a day from one 36-inch machine, the KMH-2100SRJZ sits at the top of Hoshizaki's crescent cuber line. The stackable design matters more than the headline number for large operations: rather than committing to a single oversized machine, you can install one head now and add a second on the same bin when demand grows, and you keep producing if one unit goes down for service. That redundancy is why stacked pairs are common in convention hotels, stadiums, hospitals and large-scale catering.

Remote Cooling and Efficiency

A machine of this capacity would reject an enormous amount of heat if it were air-cooled indoors. Remote cooling puts the condensing unit outside, so none of that heat and none of the compressor noise reaches the building interior. The result is ENERGY STAR qualified operation at 3.75 kWh per 100 pounds of ice at 90°F/70°F and 15 gallons of potable water per 100 pounds — very efficient per pound for this class. The freezing section uses double-sided KM Edge stainless steel evaporators, which form ice on both plate faces and shorten the harvest cycle.

Electrical and Installation Notes

The unit runs on 208-230V single phase and requires a 4-wire connection including ground; where a neutral is not available, Hoshizaki's HS-5030 transformer kit is required. Installation involves a refrigeration line set to the remote condenser, so plan on a refrigeration contractor rather than a straight drop-in.
