What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki KM-1900SRJZ3 is the three-phase build of Hoshizaki's remote-cooled 1,900-class Crescent Cuber, rated at 1,933 pounds of ice per 24 hours. The condenser mounts remotely, and the head runs on 208-230V three-phase at 13.5 amps instead of the single-phase model's 15.9.

Remote condenser, quiet head

With the condensing unit outdoors, the machine head puts almost no heat and very little noise into the room it occupies. That makes it a practical choice for hotel service corridors, hospital floors and bar backs where an air-cooled unit of this size would overwhelm the space or need dedicated make-up air. Budget for the refrigerant line set and the mechanical work; the head itself installs the same as any 48-inch Hoshizaki cuber.

Three-phase electrical

At 13.5 amps on a 20 amp maximum fuse, this variant fits panels where the single-phase machine's 30 amp circuit would not. It is hardwired at the site — no cord or plug is supplied — and requires a proper three-phase feed. Hoshizaki rates the machine at 3.9 kWh and 19 gallons of potable water per 100 pounds of ice at 90/70 conditions, and it is ENERGY STAR qualified.

Crescent cube ice

Ice forms on double-sided stainless steel KM Edge evaporators in Hoshizaki's crescent shape — flat on one face, curved on the other, so cubes pack densely in the glass, resist bridging in the bin and melt slowly. This is a head only; it requires a separate storage bin and can be stacked with a second head to double output in the same 48-inch footprint.
