What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

The Hoshizaki KM-1601SWJ3 is a water-cooled Crescent Cuber ice machine head that turns out roughly 1,671 pounds of ice per 24 hours from a single 48-inch cabinet. It ships as a head only, so you pair it with whichever storage bin suits your service pattern, and it stacks with a second head when one machine stops keeping up.

Why crescent cube ice

Crescent cubes are flat on one face and curved on the other. They settle into a glass without bridging, displace drink volume efficiently so a pour looks full, and melt slowly enough that a beverage holds its character to the last sip. Hoshizaki forms them on double-sided stainless steel KM Edge evaporators, which means both faces of each plate are producing through every freeze cycle rather than one.

Water-cooled condensing, three-phase power

A water-cooled condenser rejects heat into the building water loop instead of the room, so the machine can live in a tight equipment alcove without turning it into an oven, and daily output holds steady when ambient temperatures climb. The trade-off is consumption: Hoshizaki rates this unit at 18.5 gallons of potable water per 100 pounds of ice at 90/70 conditions. Electrically it is a 208-230V three-phase machine pulling 8.8 amps on a 20 amp maximum fuse, wired with four conductors including ground and hardwired on site.

Bin pairing and stacking

Hoshizaki lists the B-800, B-900, B-1150, B-1300, B-1500 and B-1650 bins as compatible. Two KM-1601SWJ3 heads can be stacked on a single large bin to roughly double capacity in the same 48-inch footprint, which is usually cheaper in floor space than adding a second machine line.
