What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki HNC-180BA-L-SLH is a 70-inch countertop refrigerated display case with the condenser on the left side, offering 2.54 cubic feet of chilled display behind a single curved glass front. It suits sushi bars, poke counters and prepared-food cases that need close to six feet of continuous frontage from one cabinet rather than two.

Nearly Six Feet of Uninterrupted Display

The interior spans 56.9 inches wide by 11.3 inches deep by 6.2 inches high. Because the front glass is one curved piece across the full 70.9-inch width, there is no vertical joint interrupting the line of plates, which matters when the display itself is doing the selling. Food plates with radius grooves are included so items sit at a consistent presentation angle.

Restocking From the Service Side

Half glass sliding doors sit on the operator side of the cabinet. Staff replenish and rotate from behind, never reaching across the guest-facing glass, which keeps the display neat through service and reduces smudging on the front panel. LED lighting spans the interior for even illumination across the extra length.

Left-Side Condenser and Power

The condenser compartment occupies the left end and draws its air there, so plan clearance on that side. The system is self-contained, charged with R-600a natural refrigerant, and draws 1.1 amps at 115V through a 6.5 ft cord and 5-15P plug. No plumbing or remote condensing unit is needed.
