What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki HC2A-FGE-FGE is the largest cabinet in the Steelheart heated holding range: a two-section pass-thru with full glass doors on both faces, holding 52.4 cubic feet across 55 inches of width. It takes thirty-six sheet pans, or twenty to twenty-four tray slides per section, at a setpoint between 140 and 180°F.

Two Sections with Dual-Sided Access

This model combines the two attributes that are usually specified separately: the pan capacity of a two-section cabinet and the workflow separation of a pass-thru. Built into a wall between production and service, it stages an entire banquet or catering run in one unit while keeping the loading and serving crews on opposite sides of it.

Glass on Four Faces

Full glass on both fronts means the load is legible from either side without opening anything — worth more here than on a small cabinet, since a speculative opening on a 52-cubic-foot interior costs correspondingly more heat.

208-230V Power

The HC2A-FGE-FGE runs on 208-230V single phase through a NEMA L14-20P twist-lock connector on a 10-foot cord, drawing 9 amps at 208V or 10 amps at 230V behind a 20 A breaker. Unlike the single-section HC1A cabinets, this is not a standard wall-outlet appliance, so the circuit should be confirmed at the install location before ordering. Energy consumption is rated at 305.4 kWh per day, and the cabinet is ENERGY STAR qualified and UL Energy Verified.
