What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki F-822MAK-C is the cubelet build of the 22-inch air-cooled slim-line modular head, producing 653 pounds of chewable nugget ice per 24 hours. Cubelet is compressed flake: soft enough to chew, quick to chill a drink, and slow enough to melt that it does not water down a fountain beverage. It is the shape healthcare facilities, convenience stores and smoothie counters specify by name. The unit is a head only and mounts on a Hoshizaki bin from the B-250SF through the B-1650SS, purchased separately.

R290 refrigerant with ENERGY STAR qualification

This K-generation machine runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 5.3 ounce charge rather than a multi-pound HFC charge. That is a meaningful specification advantage: R290 has negligible global warming potential and keeps the machine clear of the refrigerant restrictions closing in on commercial ice equipment, while ENERGY STAR qualification at 4.45 kWh per 100 pounds keeps it eligible for most utility rebate programs.

Continuous auger production, no harvest cycle

Because cubelet is extruded and compressed by an auger instead of frozen on a plate and harvested in batches, output stays level under sustained draw and the machine recovers immediately after a rush rather than waiting out a freeze cycle. Advanced CleanCycle24 automatically flushes the water system every 24 hours to slow mineral build-up, and the greaseless bearing auger removes the lubrication step from routine service — a real advantage in a food-contact machine.
