What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki F-330BAK is a self-contained flake ice machine that makes up to 331 pounds of flaked ice per 24 hours and stores 80 pounds in its own bin, all in a cabinet just 24 inches wide.

Flake Output From a 24-Inch Footprint

Getting 331 pounds a day and 80 pounds of storage into 24 inches is what distinguishes this machine. A seafood counter, salad bar or catering kitchen that needs display ice rarely has a wide equipment run to give up, and the F-330BAK fits where a 36-inch flaker will not. Flake ice is soft and moldable, packs around irregular product without bruising it, and holds temperature by contact rather than by volume — the reason it is specified for produce, seafood and cold pans instead of cubes.

Maintenance Design

Two features on this generation are aimed squarely at service cost. The auger runs on a greaseless bearing, removing a scheduled lubrication task that is easy to skip and expensive to skip. The machine also self-cleans on an automatic cycle, which keeps the evaporator and water path from scaling between manual services. On a flaker, which runs continuously rather than in batch cycles like a cuber, both of those matter more than they would on a cube machine.

R290 and ENERGY STAR

The switch to R290, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with very low global warming potential, brought consumption down to 4.29 kWh per 100 pounds of ice at 90°F/70°F from 5.91 on the R-404A F-330BAJ it replaces — a meaningful drop on a machine that runs all day. Water use is 12 gallons per 100 pounds. It draws 6.3 amps and plugs into a standard 115V, 15-amp circuit with an 8-foot cord and NEMA 5-15 plug.
