Product Description

The F-2001MWJ produces up to 2,043 lbs of flake ice per 24 hours from a 30 inch water-cooled modular head. It delivers close to remote-cooled output without a split system, which makes it the pragmatic choice for a site that needs volume but has no roof access or no appetite for field refrigeration work.

Water-Cooled Instead of Remote

Water cooling holds rated output regardless of room temperature and rejects no heat into the space, the two things that normally push a machine of this size to a remote condenser. Nothing goes outside, nothing needs line sets, and energy use is 3.19 kWh per 100 lbs. The condition is a suitable condenser water supply and drain, and local code that permits it.

Flake Ice at Production Volume

2,043 lbs a day covers seafood retail, food processing and large-scale chilling. Flake conforms tightly around irregular product, exchanges heat quickly and does not bruise what it is packed against.

Single Phase, Modest Charge

The machine runs on 208-230v single phase at 16.4 amps with a 30A max fuse, hardwired at site, and carries just 2 lbs 0.1 oz of R-404A — a fraction of what the remote-cooled machines at this output require.
