What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The F-1501MAJ-C is the cubelet build of Hoshizaki's 30 inch self-contained modular auger machine, producing up to 1,327 lbs of nugget-style ice per 24 hours. It is one of the largest air-cooled cubelet machines available without moving to a remote condenser.

High-Volume Cubelet, Self-Contained

Operations that need this much nugget ice — hospital systems, stadium concourses, large quick-serve sites — usually end up specifying remote-cooled equipment. This machine puts the same output on a self-contained head, so the install is electrical, water and drain only. Give it clearance and airflow; it rejects real heat into the room at this capacity.

Cubelet Ice Format

Cubelet is soft, chewable and packs tightly into a cup, and it is the ice format guests actively prefer. Against the flake-producing F-1501MAJ on the same chassis, this model gives up roughly 216 lbs of daily output in exchange for that form.

Advanced CleanCycle24

The machine runs an automatic cleaning cycle on a 24 hour interval, backed by stainless exterior construction. At 1,327 lbs a day the evaporator is working continuously, and automatic cleaning is what keeps rated output from drifting downward between services.

Three years parts and labor on the entire machine (serial numbers VxxxxxJ and after). Five years parts on the compressor and air-cooled condenser coil.
