What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki DD95 is the largest cabinet in Hoshizaki's direct draw line, a three-section back bar cooler with 32.53 cubic feet of keg storage behind solid doors. At 95.5 inches wide it carries five half barrels and pours them through two insulated towers fitted with four plated brass faucets, delivering remote-keg-room capacity without the remote keg room.

Five Half Barrels or a Seventeen-Keg Rotation

The interior takes five 1/2 barrels, twelve slim 1/4 barrels, or seventeen 1/6 barrels, and it will also run a mixed load of one 1/2 barrel with four slim 1/4 barrels and seven 1/6 barrels. That last configuration is the argument for this size: a bar can keep its volume seller on a half barrel while rotating eleven separate small-format kegs beside it in the same cabinet.

Four Faucets on Two Towers

The DD95 ships with two polished stainless steel insulated towers carrying four plated brass faucets between them, so pour stations can be split across the length of the bar rather than concentrated at one point. Insulated towers keep the beer cold through the last few inches of line, which is where the first pour of a slow period usually goes foamy.

Direct Draw and R290 Refrigeration

Kegs sit directly beneath the towers, eliminating the trunk-line balancing and glycol chilling that a remote system requires. The interior carries stainless steel construction with LED lighting, and the side-mounted, front-breathing refrigeration allows flush installation in a back bar run. The system uses R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant and draws 2.5 amps on a standard 115V circuit.
