What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Hoshizaki CF36B-L is a stainless steel chef base freezer with the condenser mounted on the left side. It is a 26-inch-high cabinet holding 6.3 cubic feet frozen, built to carry cooking equipment on its top.

Left-Hand Condenser

The CF36B-L is mechanically identical to the CF36B except that the condenser sits on the left rather than the right. That single difference decides where the unit can be installed: the condenser side needs air, so handedness determines whether the base can sit against a wall, at the end of a cook line, or tight against a neighbouring appliance. It is not field-reversible, so confirm the orientation against the actual equipment layout before the order goes in.

Equipment on Top, Frozen Product Below

A chef base is designed for a charbroiler, griddle or range to sit and operate directly on its top while the cabinet below holds product frozen. That keeps frozen stock directly under the cook instead of at a reach-in across the kitchen, which on a busy line is the difference between a station that flows and one that does not. Hoshizaki builds the top to support cooking equipment and the cabinet to hold temperature evenly beneath it.

Energy and Refrigerant

The unit is ENERGY STAR® qualified at 3.37 kWh per day and draws 4 amps from a standard 115V circuit through a NEMA 5-15P plug. Cooling uses R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 2.4 ounce charge — very low global warming potential and unaffected by HFC phase-down deadlines.
