What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Everest ESR3 is a three-door reach-in refrigerator holding 71 cubic feet in a cabinet 74-3/4 inches wide. It is the largest single-temperature cabinet in Everest's top-mount line and is generally specified where a walk-in is not practical — leased spaces, second-floor kitchens, or operations that want cold storage on the production floor instead of in a back room. Nine epoxy coated wire shelves are supplied, three per section, on height-adjustable stainless clips.

Three sections on one refrigeration circuit

All 71 cubic feet are served by a single 3/4 HP condensing unit rated at 4,445 BTU/hr, and the interior is open across all three sections with no walls between compartments. That matters for loading: a full-length rack or an oversized pan can go in sideways because there is nothing to route around. It also means the whole cabinet warms and recovers together, so opening one door affects the others. Operations that need genuinely independent zones should look at a dual-temp cabinet instead.

Airflow across a wide cabinet

Distributing cold air evenly gets harder as a cabinet gets wider, which is why the ESR3 uses a full-length air duct running the height of the interior rather than a single discharge point. Electronically commutated fan motors move air at lower power draw than the shaded-pole motors common in older cabinets and recover setpoint faster after a door cycle. The unit still draws only 8 amps on a standard 115V circuit, so no special electrical service is required despite the size. Defrost runs automatically on a timed start with a temperature-based finish.
