What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Everest ESR2 is a two-door reach-in refrigerator with 48 cubic feet of capacity in a 49-5/8 inch wide cabinet. At 74-1/4 inches tall it fits under standard eight-foot ceilings with clearance to spare for the roof-mounted condensing unit, which is the practical constraint that decides between top-mount and bottom-mount cabinets in older buildings. The interior runs open across both sections with six adjustable epoxy coated wire shelves, and the whole cabinet is stainless steel inside and out.

Top-mount condensing unit and where it belongs

Mounting the compressor above the cabinet keeps the condenser coil clear of the floor, so it does not ingest flour, dust or mop water. That makes the ESR2 a better fit for bakeries, prep rooms and dish areas than a bottom-mount cabinet, and it means routine coil cleaning is a step-ladder job rather than a crawl. Because the coil draws from air near the ceiling, the unit runs hardest in rooms with poor ventilation or a nearby hood exhaust. Everest fits an auto-reversing condenser fan that periodically changes direction to push accumulated lint off the coil face between cleanings.

Digital control and cabinet sealing

A multi-function digital controller with an LED display sets the cabinet anywhere from 33°F to 54°F and ships preset at 35°F. The wide upper limit means the same box can be used for holding produce or proofing-adjacent storage rather than only for cold-chain product. Doors are self-closing on an adjustable torsion system and field reversible, with snap-in magnetic gaskets that lift out for washing and heated frames that keep the exterior dry in a humid kitchen. Both doors lock from the factory.
