What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Everest ESR1 is a single-door reach-in refrigerator with 23 cubic feet of storage in a cabinet 29-1/4 inches wide. It is the size most kitchens reach for when they need a dedicated cold box for one station — a garde manger line, a bar back area, a coffee shop, a small production bakery — without committing the floor space a two-door cabinet takes. Construction is stainless steel inside and out with rounded interior corners, and three epoxy coated wire shelves come standard on adjustable stainless clips.

Top-mounted condensing unit

The ESR1 carries its refrigeration system on the roof of the cabinet. That keeps the coil away from floor-level grease, dust and mop splash, which is the main reason top-mount units are chosen for bakeries, pastry rooms and any operation where flour or fine debris is in the air. It also frees the base of the cabinet, so the lowest shelf sits low and the full interior height is usable storage. The trade-off is that the condenser draws from the warmest air in the room, so a top-mount cabinet is better placed away from a cook line than beside one.

Slide-out R290 cooling cartridge

Everest's Blizzard R290 system is built as a single detachable module rather than a sealed circuit plumbed into the cabinet. A technician can pull and replace the whole assembly without brazing refrigerant lines on site, which turns a multi-hour repair into a swap. R-290 itself is a hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of three, so the unit is not exposed to the phase-down schedules affecting older HFC blends. Defrost is automatic, initiated on a timer and terminated on temperature, so the cycle ends as soon as the coil is clear rather than running a fixed duration.

Warranty

Everest Refrigeration warrants its refrigerators and freezers for three years on parts and labor and five years on the compressor. Service is arranged through Everest's authorized agent network rather than the selling dealer.
