What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Everest ESF1 is a single-door reach-in freezer with 23 cubic feet of frozen storage in a 29-1/4 inch wide cabinet. It is sized for the operation that needs one dedicated freezer alongside its refrigeration rather than a shared dual-temp box — a pizzeria holding dough, an ice cream counter, a bar keeping garnish and ice, a kitchen with a steady frozen protein rotation. The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out, and three epoxy coated wire shelves adjust on stainless clips.

Freezer-duty refrigeration and defrost

Pulling a cabinet to -4°F takes considerably more work than holding 35°F, which is why the ESF1 uses a 1/2 HP compressor where the equivalent refrigerator uses 1/4+ HP. It also means frost management becomes the deciding factor in how well the unit runs over years rather than months. The ESF1 uses an electric defrost heater on a timed start and temperature-based termination, so the cycle clears the evaporator and stops rather than running a fixed interval and pushing heat back into the load. The control range extends from -10°F up to 54°F, so the cabinet can be reassigned to refrigeration duty if the kitchen's needs change.

Sealing and moisture control

At freezer temperatures every air leak becomes an ice problem, so the door hardware carries more weight here than on a refrigerator. The ESF1's door is self-closing on an adjustable torsion system and seals against a snap-in magnetic gasket that lifts out by hand for cleaning or replacement. Heated door frames keep the outer perimeter from sweating and then freezing shut, a common failure point on freezers in humid kitchens. The door is field reversible and locks from the factory, and pressure relief devices let the door be reopened immediately after closing instead of fighting the vacuum.

Warranty

Everest Refrigeration covers its freezers and refrigerators for three years on parts and labor, with the compressor warranted for five years. Warranty service is performed by Everest's authorized service agents.
