What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Everest EMGR69B is a three-door glass merchandiser refrigerator with 69 cubic feet of display space in a cabinet 72-7/8 inches wide, rated by Everest at 672 twenty-ounce bottles. It is a beverage wall in a single machine, aimed at convenience stores, campus retail, cafeterias and any operation selling packaged drinks by volume. Twelve epoxy coated wire shelves with airflow guards are supplied, four per section, adjusting on stainless steel clips.

Sliding doors in a tight aisle

The three glass doors slide on stainless steel tracks rather than swinging out. In a retail aisle that is the difference between a usable and an unusable machine: a swing door on a 73-inch cabinet needs two or three feet of clear approach, while a sliding door needs none. The doors lift out of their tracks for cleaning, which matters because the track is where spilled product and grit collect, and heavy duty bumpers absorb the impact of a door pushed hard by a customer. Locks are fitted from the factory for overnight or unattended hours.

Merchandising glass and lighting

Each door is a double-pane low-emissivity glass panel in a black PVC frame. The low-e coating reflects UV and radiant heat away from the product, which reduces the cooling load a large glass front would otherwise impose and protects packaging and light-sensitive contents from fading. Shielded LED bar lighting runs on its own switch so the display can be darkened without cutting refrigeration, and it contributes far less heat to the cabinet than legacy tube lighting. A 3/4 HP bottom-mounted R-290 system holds the cabinet between 33°F and 54°F, preset at 35°F, on a 7-amp standard 115V circuit.
