What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Everest EBR2 is a two-section reach-in refrigerator that holds 50 cubic feet behind two solid doors in a cabinet 54-1/8 inches wide. It is built for restaurant, bakery, school and institutional kitchens that need bulk cold storage on one footprint rather than several undercounter boxes. The interior is a single open compartment with no dividing wall between sections, so sheet pans, hotel pans and tall stock containers can be loaded across the full width. Six epoxy coated wire shelves ship with the unit and reposition on stainless steel clips.

Bottom-mounted condensing unit

The refrigeration system sits in the base of the cabinet instead of on top of it. That places the condenser coil at floor level, where staff can brush it clean without a ladder, and it keeps the compressor out of the hot air layer that collects near a kitchen ceiling. In a line position next to fryers or under a hood, that difference shows up as less run time. The trade-off is proximity to floor dust and mop water, so the coil needs cleaning on a shorter interval; an air circulation guard keeps boxes and mats from blocking the intake. The Blizzard R290 assembly is a self-contained cartridge that detaches as a unit, so a failed system is swapped rather than brazed in place on site.

Doors, insulation and shelving

Both doors are field reversible, which means the swing direction is set during installation to suit the aisle rather than fixed at the time of order. A torsion mechanism pulls each door closed from a partly open position, worth having in a kitchen where doors get bumped and left ajar, and frame heaters keep condensation from forming on the outer edge. Cabinet walls and doors are insulated with 2-1/2 inches of high density polyurethane foam, and the magnetic door gasket snaps in and out by hand for washing or replacement. Locks are fitted to both doors from the factory.
