Product Description

The Dukers DUC60F holds 15.53 cu. ft. at 0°F to -8°F in a 60-1/8" wide undercounter cabinet. It is sized to be a station's whole frozen inventory — a fry line's par-cooked stock, a dessert program's bases and garnishes — kept at counter height instead of in a shared walk-in freezer.

Freezer capacity at counter height

Undercounter freezers are usually the bottleneck in a kitchen that has grown: the cooler gets replaced, the freezer does not, and cooks end up making trips. At 15.53 cu. ft. across two doors this unit removes that trip for most single-station operations. Two adjustable, removable wire shelves let the interior be organised by product rather than by whatever fits.

The system behind the temperature

A 1/2 HP compressor on 8.0 amps and 950 watts drives this cabinet — a substantially heavier electrical load than the equivalent refrigerator, and worth confirming against the circuit before install. Refrigerant is R290 with a 4.76 oz charge. That combination is what maintains a genuine sub-zero cabinet in an ambient kitchen that may sit at 90°F during service.

Construction and delivery

Brushed stainless steel inside and out with self-closing doors. Shipping crate is 61-5/8" x 33-1/8" x 39-3/8" and the unit is 231 lbs net, so plan on two people and a clear path — a 60" cabinet does not turn easily in a service corridor.
