What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DUC36R-D2 is a two-drawer undercounter refrigerator with 9.6 cu. ft. of capacity in a 36" wide cabinet built to counter height. The two full-width drawers make it a natural fit under a sandwich or plating bench, where a cook needs to get into cold product repeatedly without opening a door into the aisle.

At this width each drawer spans the whole cabinet, so a drawer pull brings the entire contents forward and level rather than exposing one half of a shelf. Both are self-closing with a stay-open detent — the drawer holds where you leave it while you work a pan, then closes on its own when you nudge it. In a crowded line, drawers that close themselves are what keeps the cabinet at temperature when the kitchen gets busy and nobody is watching.

Sized around 6" pans

The drawers are built to take 6" deep food pans, which is the working depth for most prepped mise en place. Storing in the same pans used for prep means less transfer, less washing and less time lost at open and close. Pans are not supplied with the unit.

Sealed system and controls

A 1/5 HP compressor and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3.17 oz charge hold the cabinet at 33°F to 41°F on 2.4 amps and 280 watts. Digital control with an LED display shows the actual cabinet temperature, which is what a health inspector or a line check will want to see. Brushed stainless steel inside and out.
