What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DSP60-24M-S2 is a five-foot, two-door mega top salad prep table for operations where the menu is assembled in front of the guest. Twenty-four one-sixth-size pans span the extended rail above 14.33 cu. ft. of refrigerated base storage in a 60-1/8" wide stainless cabinet.

Twenty-four pan positions

The mega top rail is deeper than a standard top, giving this cabinet twenty-four 1/6 pan positions against sixteen on the standard DSP60-16-S2. That is enough to run a full make-your-own salad or bowl program off a single table — proteins, cheeses, dressings and eight or ten vegetables, with backups on the rail rather than in the base. Every position is cooled by the cabinet's own refrigeration, so the far ends hold the same temperature as the center.

What you trade for the pans

Deeper rail, shallower board: this model has a 60" x 9" cutting board rather than the 14.5" board on the standard top, and it stands 46" tall rather than 44". Nine inches works for finishing and plating, not for breaking down cases. If this table has to double as your prep surface, buy the standard top; if it is a dedicated assembly station, the extra eight pans are worth more than the board depth.

Bottom-mounted 1/5 HP system on R290

The condensing unit sits in the base and is serviced from the front, so the table never has to leave the line and the entire top stays available for pans. It carries a 3.88 oz charge of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant — natural, low global warming potential — and draws 2.4 amps at 115V, 280 watts, through a standard NEMA 5-15P cord, holding 33°F to 41°F.
