What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DSP60-24M-D4 is a 60-inch mega top prep table with four drawers, holding twenty-four 1/6-size pans over a 14.33 cu. ft. refrigerated base. It is the configuration for a fully customizable menu at volume — poke and grain bowls, build-your-own subs, taco bars — where the rail has to carry the entire ingredient list at once.

Twenty-four wells

Twenty-four pans is half again the sixteen on the standard-top DSP60-16-D4 of the same width, achieved by extending the rail back over the cabinet and staging pans in depth. In a build-your-own concept that is the difference between a menu the guest configures freely and one where a cook has to disappear to the walk-in for the less common items. Every pan sits inside the refrigerated rail, so nothing rides on ice with a hold clock attached.

Four drawers below

The base is divided into four self-closing drawers rather than doors, which suits the same operation: backup pans come out to the cook at waist height instead of being buried at the back of a wide cabinet. Each drawer holds open on a detent while a full pan is loaded and latches on a one-handed push. Opening one drawer exposes far less cold volume than opening one of two big doors, so temperature recovery through a rush is quicker.

Sizing and refrigeration

The mega top raises overall height to 45-3/4" and reduces the cutting board to 60" x 9", so verify clearance under any overhead shelf and treat the station as assembly rather than knife work. The 1/3 HP system carries 3.88 oz of R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant at 2.4 amps, with automatic defrost holding 33°F to 41°F. The crate measures 64-3/8" x 35-7/8" x 48-3/8" around a 275 lb unit.
