What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DSP60-16-S2 is a five-foot, two-door sandwich and salad prep table for kitchens running a multi-station build line. Sixteen one-sixth-size pans sit on the refrigerated rail above 14.33 cu. ft. of base storage, behind two solid self-closing doors in a 60-1/8" wide stainless cabinet.

Five feet of station, a full 14.5-inch board

At 60" wide with a 60" x 14.5" poly cutting board, this is a two-cook station: one person can work the rail while another portions and plates, without either reaching across the other. That is the reason most kitchens move up from 48" — the pan count matters less than being able to run two hands on the line at once. The board is the full standard depth, so this table can absorb prep work as well as assembly.

14.33 cu ft under the rail, in two sections

The base gives you roughly three cubic feet more than the 48" chassis, split into two sections with two adjustable and removable wire shelves. Backup pans, dressings and case stock live under the station instead of in a walk-in down the hall, which is where the real labor savings come from on a five-foot line. Opening one door leaves the other section closed and cold.

Bottom-mounted 1/5 HP system on R290

The condensing unit is mounted in the base for front service, keeping the top free for pans and the unit in place during maintenance. It runs a 3.88 oz charge of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant — a natural, low-GWP refrigerant — and draws 2.4 amps at 115V, 280 watts, so a 60" table still lands on an ordinary receptacle. The system holds 33°F to 41°F across cabinet and rail.
