What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DSP36-10-D2 is a 36-inch refrigerated prep table with two drawers and a ten-pan top rail, holding 8.98 cu. ft. It fits the common gap between a 29-inch unit that runs out of pan wells and a 48-inch table that will not fit the wall, making it a good single-cook sandwich, salad or taco station.

Ten pans and a full-width board

Ten 1/6-size pans is enough to run a full build-to-order menu — proteins, cheeses, three or four vegetables and two sauces — without a cook having to swap pans mid-service or reach to a second station. The 36" x 14.5" cutting board spans the whole front, deep enough to work a whole sandwich or bowl on the board rather than assembling in mid-air over the rail.

Two drawers, self-closing with stay-open

Two full-width drawers replace the swing door. Each brings its contents out to the cook at waist height instead of requiring a bend and a blind reach to the back of a cabinet, which is the difference between a station that stays organized through a shift and one that does not. Self-closing hinges pull the drawer shut after a one-handed push; the stay-open detent keeps it from rolling closed while a pan is being loaded.

The compressor sits at the base of the cabinet, which keeps the rail at a comfortable working height and puts the condenser where a technician can service it from the front. It carries a 3.17 oz charge of R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant — low global-warming-potential, and what most new commercial refrigeration is being designed around — and digital control with automatic defrost holds 33°F to 41°F.
