What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DSM-69R is a three-door hinged glass merchandiser holding 69.43 cu. ft. in a 78" wide cabinet. It is the largest display cooler in the DSM range and functions as a full cold wall — the format for convenience stores, campus markets, beverage-led delis and club rooms where the drink set has to survive a peak period without being restocked mid-shift.

Hinged doors on a three-section cabinet

Three hinged doors give the fastest restock of any merchandiser this size: a full section opens at once, a case goes in flat, and a shelf can be faced end to end in a single pass. That is worth real labour time on a case this large, where a sliding-door equivalent forces every restock to be done in halves. The requirement is aisle depth — allow roughly two feet of clear floor in front so an open door never blocks traffic. Where that clearance does not exist, the sliding-door DSM-68SR is the same width and nearly the same volume.

Fifteen shelves, three separate planograms

Five epoxy-coated wire shelves per section give fifteen levels, each section adjustable on its own. That is enough to give carbonated beverages, water and sports drinks, and dairy or prepared foods their own vertical spacing rather than compromising on one pitch across the whole case. Epoxy coating resists corrosion where condensate runs along the shelf fronts.

Efficient for its size

The bottom mounted 3/5 HP system draws only 6.02 amps and 602 watts — noticeably less than the two-door 47" and 54" models in this same range, which run near 690 watts on smaller cabinets. A single well-matched system across three sections is simply more efficient per cubic foot than a smaller compressor working near its limit. Refrigerant is R290 hydrocarbon, holding the cabinet between 33°F and 40°F, and all three doors lock.
