What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DSM-68SR is a three-section sliding-door display cooler holding 69 cu. ft. in a 78" wide cabinet. At six and a half feet across it functions as a wall of cold product rather than a single case — the format convenience stores, campus markets and beverage-heavy delis use when the drink program is a primary revenue line rather than an add-on.

Three sections, no swing clearance

Sliding doors matter more at this width than at any other. Three hinged doors across 78 inches would put a moving panel into the aisle at three different points, and in practice one of them is always in someone's way. Sliding panels keep the whole face flush, so the unit can be set against a queue line or a checkout run. Because a customer can only slide one panel at a time, roughly two-thirds of the case stays sealed on every reach-in.

Fifteen shelves across three planograms

Five epoxy-coated wire shelves per section give fifteen independently adjustable levels. Three sections is enough to run genuinely separate categories side by side — carbonated, water and sports drinks, then dairy and prepared food — without any of them borrowing shelf pitch from a neighbour. Epoxy coating holds up where condensate collects along shelf fronts, which is where plain chrome wire gives out first.

Electrical: plan for a 20-amp circuit

The bottom mounted 3/5 HP system draws 7.4 amps and 823 watts and terminates in a NEMA 5-20P plug, so this unit needs a 20-amp 115V receptacle — not the standard 15-amp outlet most of the smaller merchandisers use. Confirm that circuit exists before delivery day; it is the single most common reason a unit this size sits uncommissioned on a loading dock. Refrigerant is R290 hydrocarbon, holding 33°F to 40°F.
