What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DSM-48R holds 48.73 cu. ft. behind two hinged glass doors in a 54-1/8" wide black cabinet. It is the largest two-door hinged merchandiser Dukers builds, and the practical choice when a store wants the deep cold volume of a three-door case but only has four and a half feet of wall to give it.

Hinged doors on the widest two-door cabinet

Each door here covers roughly 27 inches of cabinet, which is the widest single opening in this class. On restock that means a full case goes in flat, in one motion, and a shelf can be faced end to end without repositioning. The trade-off is aisle depth: allow around two feet of clear floor in front of the unit so a customer is never blocking traffic while a door is open. If that clearance is not available, the sliding-door DSM-47SR covers nearly the same volume.

Ten adjustable shelves and a black surround

Five adjustable, removable wire shelves per section give ten levels, each adjustable independently of the other side. The black cabinet is a merchandising decision as much as a cosmetic one — lit product reads brighter and edges sharper against a dark surround, which is why branded beverage coolers are almost universally specified in black.

1/2 HP bottom mounted system on R290

The 1/2 HP compressor sits in the base, drawing 9.8 amps and 690 watts; give it a dedicated 115V branch circuit. Bottom mounting keeps the full height of both glass panels available for merchandising and puts the condenser coil at floor level where it can actually be cleaned. Refrigerant is R290 hydrocarbon with a 5.11 oz charge, holding the cabinet between 33°F and 40°F.
