What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DSM-32SR is a two-section glass merchandiser with sliding doors, holding 33.29 cu. ft. in a 39-3/8" wide cabinet. Sliding doors are the reason to pick this model over the hinged DSM-33R: nothing swings out into the aisle, so the case can sit in a four-foot walkway or directly across from a fixture without a customer having to back up to open it.

Sliding doors and aisle clearance

A hinged glass door on a 39" cabinet needs roughly 20 inches of swing clearance in front of it. Sliding doors need none. In a convenience store, deli or cafeteria queue where the merchandiser has to go against a traffic lane, that difference decides whether the unit fits at all. Sliding panels also mean a customer can only ever open half the case at once, which cuts the air exchange on every reach-in.

Ten shelves across two sections

Five epoxy-coated wire shelves per section give you ten independently adjustable levels. Running two sections lets you separate categories cleanly — carbonated on one side, dairy and prepared food on the other — without the two planograms bleeding into each other.

Bottom mounted 1/3 HP system on R290

The 1/3 HP compressor sits under the cabinet, keeping the full glass face clear and putting the condenser within reach for cleaning. It carries 5.11 oz of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and holds 33°F to 40°F, drawing 3.8 amps and 430 watts from a standard 115V/60Hz circuit.
