What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DPP90 is a three-door pizza prep table 90 inches wide — the largest of the Dukers pizza prep line, built for a high-volume pizzeria or commissary that runs several cooks on the same station. It holds 24.89 cu. ft. across three refrigerated sections and takes twelve 1/3-size pans in the insulated rail on top.

Three sections and a twelve-pan rail

Three separate doors mean a busy line loses far less cold air than a two-door table of similar volume: a cook pulling dough from the left section never opens the sections holding cut vegetables and cheese. Each section has its own adjustable, removable wire shelf, so backup product can be organized by station rather than piled together. Twelve 1/3-size pans across 90 inches let a shop carry a full topping menu without swapping pans mid-service.

Sized for a real production line

The 90" x 19" cutting board gives two or three people room to dress pies simultaneously — the practical reason to buy a table this long rather than two shorter ones. There is no seam or gap between working positions and no second compressor to service. Plan a receiving path for the crate, which measures 91-3/8" x 35-7/8" x 48-3/8" and weighs 423 lbs net; a standard 36" doorway will not take this unit assembled.

Larger compressor and R290

The 1/2 HP system is roughly double the compressor of the 44-inch model, which is what a cabinet this size needs to recover between the door openings a busy line generates. It runs on R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 4.93 oz charge, a low global-warming-potential alternative to HFC blends. Note the electrical load: at 8.5 amps this unit wants a dedicated 115V circuit rather than sharing one with other equipment.
