What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DPP44 is a 44-inch refrigerated pizza prep table for pizzerias, sandwich counters and any kitchen that builds orders straight off a topping rail. One solid-door section holds 9.88 cu. ft. of cold storage beneath a hinged, insulated rail cover carrying six 1/3-size pans, in a footprint just under four feet wide.

The topping rail is closed by a hinged lid rather than left open to the room. Through a slow afternoon that keeps prepped toppings inside the refrigerated zone instead of letting the top pans drift toward ambient, which is where most prep-table food-safety violations start. Closing the lid between rushes also lightens the load on the compressor, so the cabinet below is not fighting a permanently open top all day.

One-section cabinet with a full-length board

The single door section keeps the cabinet simple to organize: backup dough, cheese and sauce live on one adjustable wire shelf and the floor, with no divider to work around. The cutting board runs the full width of the unit, so a large pie can be dressed without shifting off the board or reaching past the rail. At 44-1/4" wide the unit slots into a line where a 70- or 90-inch table would not fit.

R290 refrigerant and digital control

The 1/5 HP system runs on R290 natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3.7 oz charge — a very low global-warming-potential alternative to the HFC blends being phased down, and the direction commercial refrigeration is moving. Digital controls hold the cabinet between 33°F and 41°F with automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost cycle to schedule around service.
