What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DIM-150 is a self-contained undercounter ice machine that makes and stores its own ice in one 22" wide, 35-3/10" tall cabinet. It produces up to 156 lbs of full-size cube ice per day and holds 40 lbs in the bin, which suits a coffee shop, a small bar, a break room or a service station that needs ice at the point of use rather than hauled from a central machine.

Production is rated at two conditions, not one

The DIM-150 makes 156 lbs per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F incoming water, and 137 lbs at 90°F air and 70°F water. That second number is the one to plan around if the machine sits in a hot kitchen or a room without conditioned air, because ice machines reject heat to their surroundings and a warm room slows every cycle. Sizing against the 90/70 figure is how you avoid running out at 9 p.m. in August.

Full-size cube ice

The machine makes 7/8" cubes on all three sides. A full cube has less surface area per unit volume than nugget or flake ice, so it melts more slowly in a glass — it dilutes a drink less and keeps a beverage station's ice from disappearing between refills. It is the standard shape for bar and beverage service, as opposed to the softer ice used for food display or therapy.

Undercounter footprint and installation

At 22" wide the cabinet drops into a standard undercounter bay, and at 100.1 lbs net it is light enough for two people to place without equipment. It runs on 115V/60Hz drawing 1.6 amps and 360 watts through a NEMA 5-15P plug, so it needs a standard outlet rather than dedicated electrical work. The system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which carries a fraction of the global warming potential of the HFC blends it replaced.
