What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DDM48R-CB is a four-foot curved glass cake showcase for bakeries, patisseries, cafes and hotel pastry counters. It holds product on three shelves in a 48" wide cabinet at 33°F to 41°F, the range that keeps cream and mousse fillings food-safe without stiffening buttercream or drying out sponge.

Curved glass at four feet of frontage

The bowed pane pushes the display surface forward at eye level, so a customer standing at the counter sees the decorated tops of each shelf rather than the leading edges — which is what actually sells cake. At 48" that presentation runs across a full four feet, enough to keep two product families visible at once. The cost is footprint: 29-7/8" deep and 53-1/2" tall against the straight-glass DDM48R's 28-1/2" and 51", so confirm your counter run and any overhead cabinetry first.

Lighting and controls

Interior and canopy LED lighting is switched from the right side, so the case can be lit for trade and darkened at close without cycling the refrigeration. The digital display shows actual cabinet temperature instead of a dial position, which is what makes a temperature log defensible. Automatic defrost means no scheduled shutdown and no temperature swing while a cycle completes.

Construction and refrigeration

Stainless steel interior and exterior in a black finish, with a copper evaporator coil — copper transfers heat better than aluminum and tolerates the humidity cycling a pastry case sees every time it is opened. The 4/9 HP system carries R290 natural refrigerant, whose global warming potential is in the single digits rather than the thousands, and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet.
