What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DCGMA24 is a two-burner countertop gas griddle rated at 60,000 BTU, built on a 1-inch polished steel plate with a 23.83" x 24.02" cooking surface. The extra depth over Dukers' DCGM line gives a cook nearly four more inches front to back — room to stage finished product at the back edge while the front stays live.

The plate is 1-inch thick polished steel and the working surface runs 24.02 inches deep, which is the defining difference between this DCGMA model and the visually similar DCGM24 (3/4-inch plate, 20.50-inch depth). A thicker plate stores more heat, so temperature recovery after a heavy drop is faster and the surface stays more even edge to edge. The deeper surface adds usable square inches without widening the equipment line — worth confirming against your counter, since the cabinet is 33-1/2 inches deep rather than 30.

Two zones on manual valves

Each 30,000 BTU burner runs on its own manual valve, one control per 12 inches of width. Manual control means flame level stays exactly where the cook sets it instead of cycling on a thermostat, which is how you keep one half of the plate at hard sear temperature while the other half idles for holding. It also keeps the unit simple to maintain: no thermostat bulb or capillary tube in the system.

Gas supply and installation

Natural gas or propane through a 3/4-inch NPT inlet, at 4 inches water column (natural gas) or 10 inches (propane), with 37# natural gas and 51# propane orifices. At roughly 265 pounds empty the unit needs a properly rated stand, and it ships crated at 26-1/8" x 36-1/4" x 20-1/2" as a freight item.
