What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DCB36-D2 is a two-drawer refrigerated chef base — a low, 26-5/8" tall cabinet designed to sit under countertop cooking equipment and hold cold product directly beneath it. At 36" wide it pairs with a single griddle, charbroiler or fryer battery and turns what would be a dead equipment stand into refrigerated storage.

Refrigeration under the cooking line

A chef base solves a specific problem: countertop equipment needs a stand, and cooks need cold product within reach of that equipment. Combining the two means the burger patties sit directly under the griddle cooking them and nobody turns their back on the line to fetch anything. The reduced 26-5/8" height puts the equipment on top at normal working height rather than chest height.

Drawers built around 1/6 pans

Each of the two drawers carries two divider bars, giving a total working capacity of nine sixth-size pans across the unit. Sixth pans are the right granularity for a cooking station — one protein, one cheese, one garnish, each in its own compartment and each swappable mid-service without disturbing the rest. Pans are not included with the unit.

A tight, cool temperature band

The cabinet holds 33°F to 38°F, a narrower and colder window than the 33–41°F typical of a general-purpose undercounter. That matters directly under a heat source: the setpoint has to be low enough that radiant and conducted heat from the equipment above does not push product out of safe holding. A 1/5 HP compressor running R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1.76 oz charge does that on 1.7 amps and 200 watts.
