What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DBB48-H2 is a two-door back bar cooler sized to sit under a bar rail and hold a shift's worth of bottled beer, mixers and cans within arm's reach of the well. It packs 11.23 cu. ft. into a 49-7/8" wide cabinet that stands 38-3/4" tall, so it slides into a standard back bar run without blocking the speed rail or the register.

Swinging glass doors and sightlines

Both doors are hinged and swing outward, which gives you the full door opening to reload a case at once rather than working around a fixed panel. That matters on a Friday restock, when a sliding door forces you to move product twice to reach the back of the cabinet. The glass is lit from inside so guests can read labels from the rail, and each door locks — useful when the bar closes but the room stays open.

R290 refrigerant and bar-temperature holding

The system runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3.17 oz charge, a natural refrigerant with far lower global warming potential than the HFC blends it replaces, and the direction most new commercial bar refrigeration is heading. It holds the cabinet between 33°F and 38°F, which is the range where beer pours cold without freezing the neck of the bottle. A small charge also means a simpler, cheaper service call if the system ever needs attention.

Cabinet and shelving

Four adjustable wire shelves come out entirely for cleaning, which is the only realistic way to deal with the syrup and beer that ends up in the bottom of any bar cooler. The 1/3 HP compressor is rated to hold temperature with the doors opening constantly through service, and the whole unit draws 2.66 amps on a standard 115V circuit, so it does not need dedicated electrical work in most bars.
