What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers D28AR-GS1 is a single glass-door reach-in refrigerator that holds 19.11 cu. ft. in a 27-1/2" wide cabinet. It suits front-of-house and semi-visible positions — cafés, delis, sandwich counters, breakrooms and hotel pantries — where staff and customers need to see what is inside without opening the door and dumping cold air.

Glass door with UV blocking

The hinged door uses tempered glass with a UV-blocking layer. That matters for anything light-sensitive stored on display: dairy, cut produce, bottled dressings and packaged sandwiches all degrade faster under direct light, and the UV filter slows that without darkening the view. Because the contents are visible, staff open the door once with a decision already made instead of standing in it deciding, which is where most of a reach-in's temperature recovery load actually comes from.

Top mounted 1/5 HP system

The compressor sits on top of the cabinet. That keeps the condenser coil away from floor-level grease and dust — the usual reason a busy kitchen's refrigeration dies early — and it means the unit can be pushed close to a wall without a rear-clearance penalty. At 1/5 HP and 260 watts it draws modest current, so it will share a standard 115V circuit without much argument.

Interior and construction

Brushed stainless steel exterior and interior with four epoxy-coated wire shelves that adjust and lift out for cleaning. Four swivel casters let one person reposition the unit for floor cleaning or service access, and the door locks for overnight security in an open-plan space.
