What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Cookshack SM260 is a double walled stainless steel electric smoker oven that holds 240 pounds of pork butts across six 23 by 23 inch grills, heated by two 1,500 watt elements.

The Only Model with 23 Inch Grills

The SM260 is the odd one in the range. Where the SM160 and SM360 both use 18 by 18 inch grills, this model uses six larger 23 by 23 inch grills for 3,456 square inches of cooking area. Fewer, wider shelves suit whole briskets and large bone-in cuts that would need turning on a narrower grill, and the 5 inch shelf spacing is unchanged.

Twice the Capacity, Half the Amps of the SM360

Two 1,500 watt elements draw 20 amps at 220 volts single phase. That is a meaningful step down from the SM360, which needs 50 amps at the same voltage, and a step up from the SM160's ordinary 120 volt circuit. Rated loads are 240 pounds of pork butts, 200 pounds of brisket, 100 pounds of ribs or 40 whole chickens, with a published operating cost of $1.94 for twelve hours.

Wood Box Scaled to the Cabinet

The removable wood box takes up to 12 ounces of wood, double the SM160 limit and a quarter of the SM360 allowance. Cookshack rates roughly 2 ounces, about one chunk, per 60 pounds of product, so a full box covers a loaded cabinet with margin. The IQ6 controller carries the same eight programmable presets, alarm cycle, WiFi, Bluetooth and 512 hour USB cook log as the rest of the line.

Warranty

Cookshack Smoker Ovens carry a two year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and when installed in accordance with factory recommendations. The warranty includes 90 days of parts and labor; the remainder of the two year term is parts only. Cookshack approval is required before any service work is performed.
