What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Cookshack SM160 is a double walled stainless steel electric smoker oven that holds 120 pounds of pork butts across five 18 by 18 inch grills, heated by a single 1,500 watt element.

Runs on a Standard 120 Volt Circuit

The SM160 draws 15 amps at 120 volts single phase, which is the one specification that separates it from the rest of the commercial line. The SM260 and SM360 both require 220 volt service, so adding either one means bringing in an electrician. The SM160 plugs into an ordinary circuit, and Cookshack publishes an operating cost of 97 cents for a twelve hour cook. For a kitchen adding smoked product to an existing menu, that is usually the deciding factor.

Five 18 Inch Grills in a 20.5 Inch Cabinet

Cooking area is 1,620 square inches across five nickel plated 18 by 18 inch grills spaced 5 inches apart. Rated loads are 120 pounds of pork butts, 100 pounds of brisket, 50 pounds of ribs or 20 whole chickens. At 20.5 inches wide and 26 inches deep the cabinet takes about the floor space of a single reach-in section, and it shares the 18 inch grill size used by the much larger SM360 rather than the 23 inch grills of the SM260.

A Wood Box Rather Than a Fire

Smoke comes from a removable wood box smoldering over the heating element, so there is no fire to tend and no ash bed to manage. Cookshack rates roughly 2 ounces of wood, about one chunk, to smoke up to 60 pounds of product, and the operator's manual caps this model at 6 ounces of wood. The IQ6 controller adds eight programmable presets, a 16 character LCD, WiFi and Bluetooth, and a USB port that downloads up to 512 hours of cook data.

Warranty

Cookshack Smoker Ovens carry a two year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and when installed in accordance with factory recommendations. The warranty includes 90 days of parts and labor; the remainder of the two year term is parts only. Cookshack approval is required before any service work is performed.
