What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

The Cambro VBRUTHD6519 is a non-electric insulated portable work table from the Versa Ultra Series, built on a 82 inch rotomolded frame with heavy duty casters and room for 5 full-size GN 1/1 pans in green.

Five Pans on an 82 Inch Frame

The 6 foot VBRUTHD6519 holds 5 full-size GN 1/1 pans across its insulated well, one full-size pan more than the 5 foot Versa Ultra Table in the same series. The added 13 inches of frame length buys line capacity for a busier prep or merchandising station while the well depth, cabinet layout, and 36.25 inch counter height stay identical to the shorter model.

Heavy Duty Casters and Two Locking Cabinets

VBRUTHD6519 rides on heavy duty casters rather than the standard casters fitted to the base Versa Ultra Table, trading a small amount of shipping weight for a caster set built for more frequent relocation. Both caster tiers sit under the same two lockable storage cabinets, each rated to hold 50 lbs, and the same hose-compatible drain faucet for wash-down.

A Counter Height Alternative to the Ultra Food Bar

VBRUTHD6519 shares its rotomolded well, cabinet layout, and non-electric insulated construction with the Versa Ultra Bar line, but stands 36.25 inches tall with no sneeze guard rather than the 62.75 inch buffet height of the food bar. That makes it a fit for a prep surface or a staffed merchandising counter rather than a self-serve line, while still holding cold for 4 or more hours with compatible ice or Coldfest accessories and no electrical hookup.

Warranty

The Cambro VBRUTHD6519 carries Cambro's standard 3-year prorated warranty from date of shipment: full replacement coverage during year one, prorated replacement credit in years two and three. The Versa Ultra Series is non-electric and is not covered under Cambro's separate electrical-equipment warranty tier.
