What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Cambro UPCH400401 is an electric heated pan carrier that holds four 4-inch deep food pans and maintains holding temperatures between 150 and 165 degrees F for hot food transport and buffet service.

Four-Pan Capacity in a Compact Cabinet

The UPCH400401 is sized for a four-pan load, giving a single server a heated cart that fits through standard doorways and elevators without the bulk of the larger 16-pan Ultra Camcart line. The rotomolded, seamless cabinet construction and CFC-free insulation keep the unit lightweight relative to its holding capacity, which matters when it has to be pushed or lifted onto a service line repeatedly through a shift.

110V Power for This Kitchen's Electrical Service

This SKU is built for 110V service, one of two voltage options Cambro offers on the UPCH400 platform. Matching the cart to the property's available circuits at the point of purchase avoids a plug or transformer mismatch after delivery, which is why Cambro sells the 110V and 220V versions as distinct model numbers rather than a single switchable unit.

Four or More Hours of Hold Time Unplugged

Once preheated, the cart holds safe serving temperature for 4 or more hours without being plugged in, then recovers to temperature in about three minutes once power is restored. That combination lets staff stage food on a charged cart before service and roll it to a banquet room or satellite line that has no outlet nearby.
