What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

The Cambro UPC1200401 is a non-electric Ultra Camcart insulated food transport cart in Slate Blue, built to hold hot or cold food at safe temperatures for 4-plus hours without a power source.

16 Full-Size Pans Across Four Depth Configurations

The UPC1200's interior accepts 16 full-size pans at 2.5 inches deep, 12 at 4 inches, 8 at 6 inches, or 4 at 8 inches, letting one cart carry a mixed load of shallow sauces and deep entrees on the same run. This capacity sits below the larger UPC1600 series, which makes the UPC1200 the better fit for smaller catering vans, single-elevator routes, or kitchens with narrower doorways where a taller cart will not clear.

CFC-Free Foam Insulation and a Seamless Rotomolded Shell

A seamlessly rotomolded polyethylene shell resists denting, cracking, chipping, and rust in a way sheet-metal carts cannot, and CFC-free foam insulation packed into the double wall is what actually holds food at safe temperatures for 4-plus hours without electricity. Full-swing doors close against a removable airtight gasket and latch with durable nylon hardware, so the seal - not just the door - is doing the work of keeping heat or cold inside during transport.

Slate Blue for Cart Identification in a Multi-Cart Fleet

Cambro offers the UPC1200 in 9 exterior colors, and Slate Blue is one of them; kitchens running several Camcarts at once typically assign a color per route, per station, or per hot/cold designation so staff can grab the correct cart without reading a label. The color is molded into the shell rather than painted on, so it will not chip or scratch away the way a painted finish would over years of loading-dock use.

Cambro's standard warranty applies: three years prorated from the ship date, with free replacement of defective parts in year one and prorated replacement credit in years two and three.
