What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Cambro SC230S615 is a medium one-piece plastic service cart in Charcoal Gray, built on 4 swivel with brake casters and rated for 200 lb per shelf.

Four Swivel Casters for Full Maneuverability

The SC230S615 rolls on 4 swivel with brake, so it turns and reverses direction in tight service aisles and elevator lobbies without the operator having to muscle the frame around a fixed axle. Every caster carries a brake, so the loaded cart can be locked in place at a service station.

Open Sides for Fast Loading in Back of House Work

The SC230S615 leaves both sides of the shelving open, so staff can load and unload pans, bins, and bussed dishware from either side without walking around the cart. Where the SC330 closed-side medium cart trades some access for a concealed look, the SC230S615 keeps the open-cart speed of the smaller SC225 line at a larger, 200 lb per shelf capacity.

200 Pounds Per Shelf, 600 Pounds Total

Cambro rates the SC230S615 at 200 lb per shelf and 600 lb total cart capacity, with molded-in ridges on each shelf surface that protect the plastic from heat transfer when hot pans or dispensers are set directly on the deck. Recessed handles are molded into both ends of the frame, keeping the overall footprint smaller and giving the operator a grip point that does not add to the cart's outside dimensions.
