What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

The Cambro PCU2000CC615 is a 2000-series Pro Cart Ultra pan carrier with 2 active cold compartments, holding up to 20 GN 1/1 food pans 4 inches deep in a 30" x 38" x 68" (76.20 x 96.52 x 172.72 cm) charcoal gray cabinet.

Two Independently Cooled Compartments

Both compartments of the PCU2000CC615 run Cambro's thermoelectric cold module, cooling to 32.5 degrees F without a compressor and recovering in under 30 seconds after a door opening. Because the cooling is thermoelectric rather than compressor-based, the cart holds cold temperature over the road without the vibration or refrigerant lines a compressor cart would need.

2000 Capacity in a Charcoal Gray Shell

At 30" x 38" x 68" (76.20 x 96.52 x 172.72 cm), the PCU2000CC615 holds up to 20 GN 1/1 pans 4 inches deep across its two compartments. Kitchens choosing between the 2000 and its siblings in the Pro Cart Ultra line are trading footprint and maneuverability against pan count: the 800 is Cambro's most compact Pro Cart Ultra, while the 2000 holds more than double the pans of the 800 in a wider, taller cabinet.

Dual-Voltage Electrical Module

Each active module on the PCU2000CC615 runs on 115-230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, single phase, so the same cart can be wired for either 115V or 230V service depending on the property. Distributors should confirm the destination country's plug body against Cambro's plug chart before ordering, since the 220V configuration ships with a NEMA 6-15P plug end.
