What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

The Cambro KVC856192 is a CamKiosk vending cart with 6 countertop food pan wells and an insulated, non-electric cabinet below, built to extend grab-and-go food service to locations away from the main kitchen.

6 Countertop Pan Wells Sized for 6 Inch Deep Pans

The KVC856192 carries six countertop pan wells sized for food pans up to 6 inches deep, on the same 85 1/8 inch by 33 1/2 inch footprint as the four-well KVC854 version. The extra two wells let an operator merchandise more menu variety from a single cart without adding floor space, at a shipping weight increase of about 39 lbs over the four-well configuration in the same trim.

Insulated Cabinet Storage With No Electrical Hookup

Below the countertop, the KVC856192's cabinet uses CFC-free foam insulation to hold hot or cold product at a safe temperature through a period of service, with no wiring or outlet required at the point of sale. That non-electric design is what lets the cart go anywhere a facility can wheel it -- a lobby, a hallway, a covered walkway -- without an electrician or a dedicated circuit.

70 1/2 Inch Height Clears Standard Doorways

At 70 1/2 inches, the KVC856192 passes through a standard commercial doorway without disassembly, which matters for a cart that gets wheeled indoors between shifts or into storage. Cambro also builds this same 85 1/8 by 33 1/2 inch base with a canopy option (KVC856C) that raises overall height to 94 inches for greater outdoor visibility and overhead branding space, at the cost of that doorway clearance.

Warranty

Cambro backs the KVC856192 with its standard 3 year prorated warranty from the ship date: full replacement coverage in year one, and prorated replacement credit in years two and three. The cart has no electrical or moving components, so it is not subject to Cambro's separate 1 year warranty tier for electrical equipment.
