What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

The Cambro ICS175T401 is a 175 lb capacity SlidingLid ice caddy in Slate Blue, built as a tall profile rotomolded unit for mobile ice and beverage service.

175 Lb Ice Capacity with a Sealed SlidingLid

The ICS175T401 holds 175 lbs of ice behind a lid that slides back and under the cabinet during service instead of swinging open, so staff can dip ice with one hand while the rest of the load stays covered and insulated. A recessed well with a drain shelf keeps melting ice separated from standing water, which matters on a long outdoor event where the caddy sits loaded for hours. The rotomolded, CFC-free foam-insulated shell will not crack, dent, bubble, or rust the way a metal cart can after repeated wash-downs.

Tall Profile Cabinet on Fixed Rear Casters

The ICS175T401 raises the same 175 lb ice well onto a taller, counter-height cabinet on five casters, two front swivel with a brake and two rear fixed casters, which is a plainer caster set than the 10 inch Easy Wheels Cambro offers on the ICS175TB version of this same tall cabinet. The added height lets it double as a service counter at an outdoor bar without a riser, at the tradeoff of a caster set less suited to rough terrain.

Slate Blue Finish in Cambro's Five-Color SlidingLid Line

Cambro offers this ice caddy body in a common five-color lineup -- Black, Dark Brown, Coffee Beige, Granite Gray, and Slate Blue -- and the ICS175T401 is the Slate Blue version, letting an operator match or contrast the caddy with other Cambro beverage bar and buffet pieces on the same floor. The color is molded into the shell rather than painted on, so it will not chip or scratch through to a different color underneath with normal use.
