What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Cambro DRS600480 is a 60 inch slotted-top dunnage rack in Speckled Gray, rated to hold 3000 lb of stock 12 inches above the floor on a rust-proof polymer deck.

Slotted Top for Air Circulation

The slotted deck leaves open slots that let air move under and around stock stored on the deck. Cambro offers this same 60 inch platform in both deck styles under separate model numbers (DRS600 and DRS60 in this width), so a kitchen can pick the solid deck for dry goods that need spill protection or the slotted deck for produce and perishables that need airflow, without changing the rack's footprint or load rating.

3000 Lb Capacity at a 12 Inch Deck Height

The deck sits a fixed 12 inches off the floor on molded polymer legs rather than casters, keeping stock off a wet floor while staying low enough to slide a pallet jack blade underneath. Cambro rates the 60 inch rack for 3000 lb of static load, and the rust-proof polymer construction will not dent, corrode, or bend the way a metal dunnage rack can in a wash-down environment.

Sizing the Dunnage Rack Run

Cambro builds this dunnage rack in four widths on the same 21 inch depth and 12 inch deck height: 30 and 36 inch racks are rated to 1500 lb, while the 48 and 60 inch racks step up to 3000 lb. The DRS600480 covers the 60 inch, 3000 lb point in that run, letting a storage room mix widths to fit available floor space without changing load rating within the same capacity tier.

The Cambro DRS600480 is not named among Cambro's shelving-line warranty exceptions (Camshelving Premium, Elements XTRA, and Basics Plus series, Camshelving Ultimate Can Rack, Camshelving Ultimate GN Food Pan Trolley, Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack, and Wall Shelving), so it carries Cambro's standard 3-year prorated warranty from the product ship date.
